We rely entirely on donations from individuals, companies and grant-making bodies to retain our passionate staff and to keep inspiring the next generation of women of colour in London, and with your help, much further afield. 

Your support helps us to realise Our Vision of countering inequalities and improving diversity in higher education and industry. 

Your support means we can continue our work running coaching and mentoring programmes and providing bursaries that makes a HUGE difference to young women of colour - inspiring and supporting them in education and their future careers.

Here are examples of the difference your donation will make. Your money will pay for, 

• £50 expenses to and from mentoring meet-ups for one student

• £100 access to one-hour Seeds or Blossoms coaching session for up to 10 students

• £500 a KINShiP Scholar Award for one student for a full year
